I first started this blog back when I was in culinary school. I think there were three posts, and one of them was about a chicken cranberry sandwich.
Moving to California in a week and will be living amongst farmers' markets and excellent produce. I haven't really had the chance to cook for myself, and pepper jack grilled cheese sandwiches done on a George Forman grill don't really count.
I hope to chronicle my time making preserves, travelling, eating, and spending my money well in the Bay area, as well as cooking for myself (I can't cook). Let's hope I can keep this going and that there will be some posts about preserving sometime soon.
